Why Eileen’s Path Starts with Leadership Coaching?

Introduction

Eileen’s Path was created to help people through big life changes. The long-term goal is to support not only individuals but also families and youth.

But to start, we’re focusing on leaders. Why?

Because leaders have the power to create real change. And that’s where Christine, the founder, has the most experience. Her own story shows how powerful leadership coaching can be.

Christine’s Journey: From Shy to Strong

As a child, Christine didn’t feel like a leader. She was shy and afraid of speaking in front of others. In middle school, a teacher told her she had leadership skills. But she didn’t run for class Vice President because she didn’t want to give a speech.

She focused on things that felt safer, like writing and volunteering. Her mom saw her strengths and signed her up for a youth leadership award. Christine won and joined a youth leadership group. She stayed involved through high school and later helped lead it.

In her last year of high school, she finally ran for Vice President. But when her classmate gave a great speech, Christine dropped out. She still didn’t believe in herself.

Early Leadership Roles Were Hard

At 23, Christine got a job as a summer camp Director. It was a lot to handle. Some parents and staff made it stressful. She didn’t return the next year.

Later, she became a Director at an after-school program and worked as a mentor. She kept going, but it wasn’t easy.

Then, while working at a school in China, she got promoted again. This time, she decided to get support.

Coaching Changed Everything

Christine started working with people who blended wellness and coaching. They helped her manage her stress and goals. But she still wanted more.

So, she joined a leadership coaching course. That was the turning point. Each week, she practiced coaching and saw herself grow. It gave her new tools and helped her feel more confident.

When she left her Director role, she trained two new leaders. It wasn’t perfect, but it taught her something important. Leaders need more support. Coaching could have made the process better for everyone.

Why Leaders Come First

When leaders grow, they help others grow too. Teams, families, and communities all benefit.

But many leaders are tired, stressed, or stuck. They don’t always feel safe asking for help. That’s where coaching helps.

It gives them space to talk, think clearly, and build skills without pressure. That’s why Eileen’s Path begins with leadership coaching. It’s the best way to start strong and make a real impact.
