Introduction
Hi, I’m Christine Eileen Snell. I help people move through life’s changes with strength and clarity. But before I started coaching, something very personal shaped my path.
It all began with my grandmothers.
Finding Grandma Lois on Video
I didn’t get to meet my dad’s mom, Grandma Lois. She passed away before I was born. I only knew her from a photo and a few stories.
One day, when I was 13, I found an old VHS tape. It said “Lois and Family, 1987.” I put it in the player and watched.
There she was. Talking. Laughing. So full of life.
Even though I had never met her, I cried. I felt connected to her in a way I didn’t expect. Later, I found out she had brain cancer at the time of that video. Still, she hosted a full house and smiled through it all. That kind of strength stuck with me.
The Quiet Power of Grandma Helen
I did grow up knowing my mom’s mom, Grandma Helen. Her life was hard too. She left an unhealthy marriage at a time when women didn’t have much support.
Her parents didn’t help her. But she raised my mom on her own and built a whole new life.
Even when she got sick later in life, she stayed active. She gardened, cooked, and made her house feel warm and safe. Her strength was steady and quiet, but very real.
Why I Named My Business Eileen’s Path
When I became a coach, I wanted a name that meant something. I tried using my first name, but it didn’t feel right.
Then I remembered that Grandma Lois and I both had the middle name Eileen.
I looked it up and was surprised to learn Eileen is also a form of the name Helen. That’s my other grandma’s name.
That’s when I knew. Eileen’s Path was the perfect name.
It’s a name that carries both of them with me. It means strength, love, and the courage to move forward.
What This Means for You
This story isn’t just about me. It’s about how the people before us shape who we are. Even if we don’t always see it, their strength lives in us.
Eileen’s Path is about using that strength to help others through life’s ups and downs.
Final Thought
Eileen’s Path is more than a business. It’s a reminder that we all come from something strong.
And sometimes, looking back helps us move forward.
